Do you have beginner classes?

We don’t need to. All classes are able to be scaled to your abilities and needs. You are already good enough to be here right now.

I have an injury, can I still work out there?

If your doctor has cleared you then yes. We are ready to adapt and modify the workout so you can still get a good workout without hurting yourself even further.

What should I bring?

A water bottle, towel and great attitude! This is going to be fun! Wear comfortable clothes and athletic shoes and you will be ready to rock!

Do I need to be in shape to fit in?

We have members of every fitness level, age and weight. We are here to help you get fit and you really have to start somewhere! Our community is so kind and encouraging and you will fit right in.
