Brian is the owner operator of Base6Fitness. The most satisfying part of his fitness career is making positive change in peoples lives. He genuinely wants to make sure you feel good about yourself. His program is designed to focus on each area of fitness to give members a toolkit for a long and healthy life. Brian takes great satisfaction in improving athlete’s of every fitness level. Improving members performance while making sure they have a good time. Brian is driven to help people enjoy a long, fun fitness journey.

CODY CAMRUD

Coach

Cody was born in San Diego, California and has been a certified personal trainer for 3 years. He was in the U.S. Army for 9 years and found the love for fitness when he was in. Outside of the gym, Cody enjoys going to sporting events (GO AVS!) and eating all kinds of food. He’s currently attending Metropolitan State University of Denver getting his undergraduate degree in Exercise Science and hopes to go to occupational therapy school when he graduates in a few years.

DYLAN TOLBERT

Coach

Dylan is originally from Omaha, Nebraska but has worked in athletics & fitness all over the world from Nebraska and Colorado, to Vietnam and Kenya. He has a passion for Calisthenics (Body Weight Training) , Strength Training, Body Recomposition, & Flexibility/Mobility but loves fitness and adventure of any kind. Finding ways to combine them is one of his favorite past times. Outside of the gym he enjoys climbing, hiking, slack lining, running, doing handstands and spending time with friends in the park

Fun Facts: I’ve been to 25 countries and counting and lived overseas for 2 and 1/2 years. My mom is one of 10 siblings and I have 57 first cousins that I can list all by name.

MICHELLE SHIVE

Yoga Instructor

Michelle is a proud Canadian, married to an American. She has two beautiful kiddos and a gorgeous French bulldog named Obi. She’s lactose intolerant, however, loves ice cream☺.She’s motivated to share yoga with as many people and communities that she can! She is continually inspired by people creating change in their own lives. She has a background in social service and a desire to work with people on their mats as they discover themselves and transform their lives. She’s also a serious music junkie. She is committed to learning as a student on this journey called LIFE. She is committed to sharing the tools that have created change, freedom, fun and vitality in her own life.

Fun Fact: As part of Michelle’s contribution to the community, she has volunteered at the Africa Yoga Project in Kenya, Veterans Yoga Project in Colorado as well countless other fundraisers and workshops spanning Canada and the US.
